3. Using This Website
You may read, print, and share pages from this site for your own business purposes. When you use the site, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or use the site to help someone else break it
- Copy, scrape, or republish our content for a competing commercial purpose without written permission
- Try to gain access to accounts, servers, or systems connected to the site
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or interfere with how it runs
- Submit false information, someone else’s contact details, or automated form spam
- Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code
If the site is misused, we may block access, remove content, or take other reasonable steps to protect it.
4. Your Service Agreement Comes First
Nothing on this website creates a contract for services.
If you are a SolveIT client, the work we perform, what it costs, what we are responsible for, and what happens if something goes wrong are governed by the signed service agreement, statement of work, or proposal between us. Where that signed agreement and these Terms of Use disagree about anything related to the services, the signed agreement controls.
5. Quotes, Proposals, and Pricing
Prices, packages, and service descriptions shown on this site are general information and can change without notice.
A quote or proposal is an estimate based on the information available when we prepared it, not a binding offer, and it does not become an agreement until both sides sign it. Hardware, software, and third-party licensing costs are set by the vendor and can move between the date of a quote and the date of purchase. If that happens we will tell you before we buy anything on your behalf.
6. Client Portals and Support Tools
Our help desk and remote support tools are separate systems reached through links on this site. Access is limited to current clients and the users they authorize.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for activity that takes place under your account, and for telling us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Use of those systems is governed by your service agreement with us and by the terms of the vendors that provide them.
7. Intellectual Property
The SolveIT name, logo, page copy, graphics, and design on this site belong to SolveIT Technology Solutions or to the parties we license them from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Product names, logos, and brands belonging to other companies are the property of their owners and appear here for identification only. Naming a vendor or partner does not mean that vendor endorses us, except where we state a partnership directly.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
This site links to and loads content from services we do not control, including our help desk, our remote support tool, Google, and vendor websites. We provide those links for convenience.
We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, availability, or practices of those services. Once you leave this site or interact with an embedded tool, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours.
9. Forms and How We Contact You
When you submit a form or give us your phone number, you are asking us to get back to you, and you agree that we may respond by email, phone, or text about your request. Newsletter emails go only to people who subscribed, and every one carries an unsubscribe link. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages.
Do not send passwords, account credentials, or sensitive personal data through the forms on this website. Web forms and ordinary email are not secure channels. If you need to send us something sensitive, call 956-849-6174 and we will set up a secure method.
10. Disclaimers
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not technical, legal, or security advice for your specific situation, and technology moves quickly enough that pages here can fall out of date.
The site itself is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, SolveIT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
This section is about the website. Warranties, response times, and service levels for work we perform for clients are set out in your service agreement, not here.
11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, SolveIT Technology Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
This limit applies to the website. Liability for services we deliver to clients is addressed in your service agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold SolveIT harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable attorney fees arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Webb County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
13. Changes to These Terms
We update these terms when our business, tools, or legal obligations change. The current version always lives at this address, and the last updated date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
